3. Payment Terms

Late Payments: A late fee may be applied to overdue payments. Clients will be notified in writing if payments are not received by the due date.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
4.1 Refunds
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a service has not been rendered, the Client may request a full refund. Partial services rendered may be subject to partial refunds.
